Now in its eighth year, the Best Practice Programme allows delegates to experience first-hand what the best Japanese companies are doing and how they are achieving their international reputation for productivity in the face of strong exchange rate competition.

Through a series of carefully selected company visits delegates will be shown many examples of the application of the techniques of continuous improvement.

During the programme Japanese experts in continuous improvement methodologies will provide the delegates with lectures and opportunities for questions and answers.

The comprehensive business travel package will include: accommodation at a Western hotel in Tokyo, business travel arrangements in Japan, interpreters and the support of experienced British and Japanese staff throughout the programme.
